These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the w1win platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using w1win, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

Each individual may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Review specific promotion terms before opting in. Bonus abuse is prohibited.
Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and major cryptocurrencies. Minimum deposit is RM50.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and w1win ("w1win", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the w1win website, mobile application and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds or placing any wager, you represent that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

| "MYR" / "RM" | Malaysian Ringgit — the primary currency of the Platform for Malaysian Players. |
| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any territory from which access to the Platform is prohibited under applicable law. |
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. w1win operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
You may only register and use an account for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not act as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or organisation. Registration on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Registration of duplicate, secondary or linked accounts by the same individual is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, w1win reserves the right to merge accounts, confiscate winnings derived from Bonus Funds and permanently suspend all associated accounts.
When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
To access real-money gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing all required information and agreeing to these Terms. w1win reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
w1win operates a KYC verification programme and may request the following documents at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests:
KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals exceeding RM 2,000 are processed. w1win targets a verification processing time of 24–72 hours from receipt of complete documentation. Withdrawal processing will be paused pending verification completion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify w1win immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. w1win will never contact you to request your password through any channel. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
The Platform currently supports the following payment methods for Malaysian Players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20) and Litecoin (LTC). Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.
The standard minimum deposit is RM50. Minimum and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier at time of transaction. w1win reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts using e-wallet or DuitNow methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times (typically 15–60 minutes). Processing times are indicative only and not guaranteed.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the account. w1win does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All applicable KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals are released. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met.
All account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Exchange rate variations are not grounds for dispute.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits ("Bonuses") offered by w1win are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, as published at the time of the offer. These general terms apply to all Bonuses unless expressly superseded by promotion-specific terms.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, table games may contribute a reduced percentage). All applicable wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
w1win reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any Bonus, along with any winnings derived from it, where there is reasonable evidence of:

All bets are subject to the rules applicable to the relevant game or market as published on the Platform. w1win reserves the right to accept, decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you have received an on-screen confirmation and the relevant amount has been deducted from your Account balance.
Sports betting markets include but are not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, basketball and esports. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. In-play (live) bets are final once confirmed. Void bets (due to event cancellation or abandonment) are settled according to applicable market-specific rules.
In the event of an obvious error in the display of odds, game data or bet confirmation (including pricing errors, incorrect results feeds or technical malfunctions), w1win reserves the right to cancel affected bets and return staked amounts to Players' accounts. Winnings derived from obvious errors will not be paid.
Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and daily aggregate winnings. Limits vary by game type and market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. w1win reserves the right to apply separate limits to special events and high-profile fixtures.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, game content and source code ("Content"), is the exclusive property of w1win or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, republish or create derivative works from any Content without the prior written consent of w1win.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w1win, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

w1win reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Unclaimed Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. w1win reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts after providing advance notice to the registered email address on file.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which the Platform operates. Disputes arising under these Terms shall first be referred to w1win's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit any formal dispute in writing to our support team within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
w1win will endeavour to acknowledge formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and provide a final response within 28 days. Where a resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, disputes may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body as designated by the applicable regulatory authority.
